Partners may provide the Heart Health Education Kit to cardiologists, family physicians, internists, pediatricians, and other medical professionals. Partners may also provide educational content regarding specific heart conditions and treatments for distribution in the Kit.

Patient education content included in the Heart Health Kit is provided by the following parties.

• Government Agencies, such as the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHBLI)
  
• Professional Organizations, such as the American College of Cardiology (ACC)
  
• Medical Publishers (Vivacare)

Note: The Heart Health Kit does not distribute product advertisements to patients.
