You will receive a web-based "Patient Education Library" that is populated with a variety of heart health education resources.
With your username and password, you will be able log-in to your account and make changes to to the content displayed on your Library and publish your own handouts online for convenient access by patients.
You will also receive a snippet of code (a "widget") that can be placed onto your practice website. This will allow the patient education resources to appear on your own website. This "widget" provides an index of titles you have selected for display and offers a convenient search function.
